Responsibilities
- Dealing with issues related to government offices
- Liaising with Internal and External Audits on matters related to Audits process.
- Controlling and Handling company Fixed Assets nation wide.
- Handling insurance matters related to the company’s offices, factories and Sales Truck.
- Manage the Company Documents, Contract, Agreements, Communicate with Stamp Duty office.
- Submission of Form G quarterly to TSEZ portal site.
- Supervise the Transportation & Ferry Arrangement of Employees.
- Safety PIC and handle the safety of Office and Maintenance, renovation.
Requirements
- Any graduate
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in General Affairs field.
- Must have Administrative Skills for organization, Legal and Law knowledge.
- Moderate Computer skill and data handling.
- Supervise the team and perform team effectively.
- Proficient in both English & Myanmar languages with strong written & verbal skills.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 1,000,000 ~ 1,100,000 + Ferry Provided & Other Allowances
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (8:00AM ~ 5:00PM)
- Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Thingangyun Township, Yangon.
