Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily fuel consumption and vehicle route records systematically; investigate any discrepancies in a timely manner
- Record vehicle maintenance, spare parts replacement, and ensure proper documentation and verification of returned/replaced items
- Supervise drivers and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Prepare accurate daily and monthly reports related to fleet operations
- Identify and coordinate with suitable workshops and service providers with reasonable pricing and quality
- Conduct regular vehicle inspections and plan preventive maintenance to ensure smooth operations
Job Requirements
- Any graduate or Equivalent Education
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Logistics, Fleet Operations, or related field
- Basic knowledge of truck maintenance and repair
- Strong ability to manage drivers effectively and enforce company rules and regulations
- Computer literacy and ability to prepare daily/monthly reports
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 1,000,000 ~ 1,200,000 + Allowance + Lunch Provided
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
- Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Ahlone Township, Yangon.
