Descriptions

• Prepare budgets & forecasts, analyze performance.
• Develop strategies for cost control & profit improvement.
• Prepare P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.
• Ensure timely, accurate statements and provide insights.
• Supervise accounting operations (GL, AP/AR) and issue invoices.
• Monitor receivables and ensure compliance with policies.
• Manage cash flow, banking, and maintain liquidity.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks.
• Prepare for audits and maintain financial regulations.
• Oversee inventory control and stock accuracy.
• Conduct audits, reconcile accounts, and analyze turnover.
• Lead finance & accounting team, conduct training.

Requirements

• Any Bachelor’s degree or Finance, Accounting, or related field
• CPA / ACCA preferred
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in finance/accounting (inventory experience is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and inventory control systems
• Experience with ERP/accounting software
• Leadership and cross-functional management skills

Other Information

• Salary: MMK 2,200,000 + Allowance & Meal Provided
• Working Days: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM)
• Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
• Working Location: Bahan Township, Yangon.
