Key Responsibilities
- Maintain updated Internal and External Receivable records and ensure timely collection.
- Track monthly received payments, verify client receipts, and maintain bank slips, invoices, and official receipts.
- Manage retainer and sales revenue lists and reconcile outstanding balances.
- Update and monitor Total Payable and Weekly Payment Lists accurately.
- Prepare and organize payment documents, invoices, receipts, and bank slips for internal records.
- Support salary transfers and keep salary payment bank slips and signed salary forms properly filed.
- Ensure proper documentation for staff loans, chairman’s personal loan statement, and cash-in-hand reconciliations.
Other Information
- Salary: Up to MMK 600,000
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (2 days Work From Home)
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Kamayut Township, Yangon.
