Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on recruitment, membership renewal, and new applicants
- Prepare and manage members’ information and records
- Handle membership administrative tasks and event coordination
- Support event planning, logistics, and ad hoc assignments
- Manage full set of accounts and financial reporting
- Handle invoicing, payments, banking, and transfers
- Assist in monthly financial reports and annual audits
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business/Accounting
- Minimum 3 years working experience in Finance, Administration, or related field
- Previous working experience in NGO would be advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent English/Burmese communication skill
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 800,000
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday Half Day (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
- Off Days: Saturday Half Day, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Yankin Township, Yangon.
