Responsibilities
- Lead daily factory operations, including production, quality, maintenance, warehousing, and process optimization.
- Drive productivity, yield improvement, cost control, and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production planning and operational excellence.
- Monitor KPIs, budgets, factory performance, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop department heads while fostering a high-performance culture.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, FDA requirements, and support strategic projects including CAPEX and process improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of manufacturing experience with at least 5 years in a factory leadership role.
- Experience in beverage, FMCG, food, or process manufacturing preferred.
- Strong experience managing multi language teams.
- Proven ability to lead change and drive performance improvements.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience with ERP/manufacturing software systems.
- Proficiency in English (Business English is preferred).
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 3,000,000
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday alternative (8:30 AM ~ 5:00 PM)
- Off Days: Saturday alternative, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Mandalay.
