Job Descriptions
- Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the MD and Board of Directors (BOD).
- Prepare, review, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and official
documents - Organize, maintain, and ensure proper filing of confidential documents and records
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and business travel arrangements for BOD
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Handle phone calls, emails, and messages in a professional and timely manner
- Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Maintain and regularly update contact lists, calendars, and internal records
- Support daily administrative operations and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Proven experience as an Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or similar role is
preferred - Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Myanmar
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 1,000,000 ~ 1,300,000 (Ferry Provided)
- Benefits: Ph Bill Allowance, Quarterly & Yearly Bonus, Training, Uniform, Yearly Increment
- Working Day: Monday to Friday, Saturday (Alternative) (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
- Off Days: Saturday (Alternative), Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Kamayut Township, Yangon.
