Executive Secretary (For a Well-Established Manufacturing Company)

Job Descriptions

  • Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the MD and Board of Directors (BOD).
  • Prepare, review, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and official
    documents
  • Organize, maintain, and ensure proper filing of confidential documents and records
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and business travel arrangements for BOD
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and messages in a professional and timely manner
  • Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Maintain and regularly update contact lists, calendars, and internal records
  • Support daily administrative operations and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Proven experience as an Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or similar role is
    preferred
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Myanmar

Other Information

  • Salary: MMK 1,000,000 ~ 1,300,000 (Ferry Provided)
  • Benefits: Ph Bill Allowance, Quarterly & Yearly Bonus, Training, Uniform, Yearly Increment
  • Working Day: Monday to Friday, Saturday (Alternative) (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
  • Off Days: Saturday (Alternative), Sunday & Public Holidays
  • Working Location: Kamayut Township, Yangon.
