Responsibilities
- Liaise with Designer/Consultants for feasibility studies, cost planning/budget including value engineering.
- Prepare the preliminaries and budget cost for project.
- Prepare bill of quantities (BoQ) which lists the individual components required to construct the project.
- Invite quotation for each trade and prepare the commercial comparison for contractor selection and award.
- Prepare work order, contract, variation order.
- Coordinate and monitor with subcontractor, supplier for quotation, payment, contract matter.
- Coordinate with PMC team to ensure the site progress and work done.
- Cost control and monitor project expenditures against budget.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in QS field, construction, or real estate development.
- Previous experience working with mixed-use developments or large-scale construction projects is a preferred.
- Good in English is preferred.
- Capable of reading drawings and schematics and specification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Auto CAD 2D.
Other Information
- Salary: Negotiable + Ferry Provided
- Working Day: Monday to Saturday Half Day (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM)
- Off Days: Saturday Half Day, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Yankin Township, Yangon.
