Job Descriptions
- Schedule preventive maintenance plan.
- Supervise service company for maintenance work both electrical system and mechanical system.
- Perform daily, weekly, monthly and routine inspection of electrical equipment, generator, water pump and fire system.
- Corrective maintenance activities for system failure.
- Maintain and provide up to date drawing, technical documents, records and reports.
- Responsible for all emergency repair and maintenance. Be available either onsite or offsite for troubleshooting and repair in all emergency machine breakdown situations.
- Do maintenance of air-corn, generator, air circulation system, lighting and plumbing.
- Continual improvement to reduce operation costs.
- Handle the process of ISO processing.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by HOD.
Job Requirements
- A.G.T.I/ B. TECH/ BE (EP/ EC/ MC)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in factory maintenance field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/ Word/ Power Point)
- Preferably using in Auto CAD (2D), Air-corn, Water supply pumps, generator.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 1,500,000
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (7:30 AM ~ 4:20 PM)
- Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Mingalardon Township, Yangon.
