Responsibilities
- Deliver English lessons and demonstrations according to the Kids&Us teaching methodology and guidelines.
- Monitor students’ attendance, learning progress, audio practice, tests, and overall performance regularly.
- Prepare progress reports and provide appropriate follow-up to students and parents regarding learning development.
- Identify student-related issues and communicate important concerns to the Academic Coordinator or Management.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, internal meetings, training sessions, and other academic activities as required.
- Support the organization of school events, extra activities, placement tests, and other activities to enhance the students’ learning experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in English or a relevant Pedagogical Bachelor’s degree in English.
- English proficiency equivalent to Cambridge Advanced (C1), IELTS 6.5–8.9, or other recognized equivalent levels.
- Previous experience teaching kindergarten or young children is preferred.
- A recognized teaching certificate or relevant teaching qualification is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, time management, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal skills with a positive and professional attitude.
- Passion for education and languages, with a commitment to student development, continuous learning, and excellent customer service.
Other Information
- Salary: Up to MMK 1,000,000
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday Half Days
- Off Days: Saturday Half Day, Sunday and Public Holidays
- Working Location: Bahan Township, Yangon.
