Descriptions
- Prepare daily service ways plan and link with related department.
- Check daily service request and job assign to service team member.
- Developing and implementing technical strategies as the plans.
- Assist in monitoring and evaluating technical performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Check service report and feedback to team.
- Follow up to technician to finish service request within lead-time.
- Train to technician about technical knowledge and customer service.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify technical solutions and improvements.
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of technical activities.
Job Requirements
- BE. B-Tech, AGTI (EC, EP, MC, MP) or Related bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 3 years’ work experience in related fields.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, solar systems and DC power systems.
- Computer literacy and good organizational skills.
- Ability to travel to assigned regions.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 1,000,000
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
- Off Days: Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Tamwe Township, Yangon.
