Responsibilities
- Provide Messenger support for infrastructure and research inquiries.
- Share customer inquiries with relevant team members for resolution.
- Create and post social media content (organic posts, ads, and boosts).
- Plan and manage the social media and marketing content calendar.
- Analyze online market trends and prepare research inputs for reports.
- Support both internal and external marketing activities.
- Monitor campaign success, analyze data, and report results to managers.
- Run online ads (PPC), social media posts, email newsletters, and content updates.
- Maintain and update website content and social profiles.
- Assist with promotional video and photo shoots for social media and company events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or professional writing.
- Strong writing skills in English and Myanmar, with a focus on grammar, clarity, and creativity.
- Experience using tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Looker Studio.
- Prefer IT background experience.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 800,000
- Working Day: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM)
- Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: MICT Park, Hlaing Township, Yangon.
