Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee maintenance, renovation, and repair projects.
• Prepare annual maintenance plans and monitor project progress.
• Manage in-house maintenance teams and external contractors.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Ensure maintenance work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Schedule government inspections and contract renewals.
• Prepare maintenance reports, budgets, and technical documentation.
• Develop and improve maintenance policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, MEP Engineering or related field
• Minimum 8 years of engineering maintenance experience in managerial role
• Proficient in AutoCAD & project documentation
• Strong English communication and leadership skills

Other Information

• Salary: Up to MMK 2,500,000 + Allowances
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday Half Day (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
• Off Days: Saturday Half Day, Sunday & Public Holidays
• Working Location: Yankin Township, Yangon.
