Responsibilities
- Lead overall plant operations to ensure safe, reliable, and continuous production.
- Manage process units, utilities, storage, and transfer systems to meet production targets.
- Monitor process performance, product quality, energy use, and operating efficiency.
- Lead plant start-up, shutdown, commissioning, turnaround, troubleshooting, and emergency operations.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, PSM, HSE, PTW, LOTO, JSA, Risk Assessment, and MOC requirements.
- Lead operations teams and coordinate with technical functions to resolve issues and improve performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering (B.E. Chemical) is mandatory.
- Minimum 15 years of hands-on experience in refinery, oil & gas, petrochemical, or major process plant operations.
- Proven experience in senior operations or operations management roles.
- Strong hands-on experience in start-up, shutdown, commissioning, turnaround, troubleshooting, and emergency operations.
- Strong knowledge of PSM, HSE, PTW, LOTO, JSA, Risk Assessment, MOC, and emergency response.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, communication, reporting, and MS Office skills, with good English proficiency.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 3,500,000 ~ 5,000,000 + Ferry Provided
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Off Days: Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Thanlyin Township, Yangon.
