Deputy Finance Manager (For a Well-Established Logistics Services Company)

Job Descriptions

Monitor and control cash flow, bank accounts, digital wallets, and merchant transactions.
Review and approve payment & receipts vouchers, expenses and advances.
Manage working capital and cash flow to support operational stability and long-term financial health.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, performance evaluation, and risk mitigation.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards while mitigating potential risks.
Oversee and ensure the accuracy of account reconciliations, tax filings, and regulatory submissions.
Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or ACCA preferred.
Minimum (5) years of experience in financial management, accounting, or a related role.
Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Experience with accounting software (SAP Business One) and advanced Excel skills for financial modeling and data analysis.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess financial risks and optimize costs.
High level of accuracy and ability to manage multiple priorities.
