Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, including manager role
- Prefer background experiences in Hotel or Residence industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities
- Proficient English and additional language skills
- Proficient in CRM systems and reporting tools
- Ability to develop service strategies and improve customer satisfaction
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 1,500,000
- Working Day: Monday to Friday, Saturday (Half)
- Off Day: Saturday (Half), Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: South Okkalapa Township, Yangon.
