Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in customer service, including supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Proficient English and additional language skills
  • Proficient in CRM systems and reporting tools
  • Ability to develop service strategies and improve customer satisfaction

Other Information

  • Salary: MMK 1,500,000
  • Working Day: 6 days per week
  • Off Day: One day off per week
  • Working Location: South Okkalapa Township, Yangon.
