Customer Service Executive (For a Foreign Construction & Property Company)

Job Descriptions

  • Implement customer service policies and procedures as directed by the Customer Service Manager
  • Build and maintain good relationships with tenants and visitors
  • Track and follow up customer complaint resolution
  • Handle all customer requests to ensure a comfortable and pleasant living experience
  • Manage incoming communications (phone calls, emails, Viber, and other platforms)
  • Notify customers regarding maintenance works and important announcements
  • Perform daily operational duties assigned by the Customer Service Manager

Requirements

  • Any Bachelor’s Degree holder
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in related field (Hospitality background preferred)
  • Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, Email, etc.)
  • Good communication skills in English; Korean language is an advantage
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills

Other Information

  • Salary: MMK 500,000 + Allowances
  • Working Day: 6 days per week
  • Off Day: One day off per week
  • Working Location: South Okkalapa Township, Yangon.
