Customer Service Executive (For a Foreign Construction & Property Company)

Responsibilities

  • Be aware of product knowledge and standard operation procedures
  • Responsible the daily task as per the shift checklist
  • Handling customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, follow up to ensure resolution
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and polices
  • Proper take over and handover with complete information

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Minimum 1 or 2 years’ experience in relevant area
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Ability to multi task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Proficient English and additional language skills
  • Able to work rotating shifts

Other Information

  • Salary: MMK 550,000
  • Working Day: 6 days per week
  • Off Day: One day off per week
  • Working Location: South Okkalapa Township, Yangon.
