- Generate creative content ideas based on current trends and audience interests.
- Develop and maintain weekly and monthly content calendars.
- Identify target audiences and create effective content strategies.
- Conduct video shooting, live streaming, and scriptwriting activities.
- Produce short-form video content for platforms such as Reels, Shorts, and TikTok.
- Upload, schedule, and manage content across various digital platforms.
- Engage directly with audiences during live sessions and online events.
- Implement engagement strategies to increase follower growth and audience reach.
- Monitor key performance metrics such as views, likes, shares, and engagement rates.
- Continuously improve content quality and effectiveness based on data-driven insights and audience feedback.
Job Requirements
- Any graduate (Marketing / Media / Communication preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of Content creation / social media experience
- Must have Video shooting & editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro etc.)
- Experience in translation, content writing, or scriptwriting for social media or publications.
- Strong storytelling ability and knowledge of social media trends.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 800,000 + Ferry Provided
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Half Day)
- Working Hours: 8:30 AM ~ 5:00 PM
- Off Days: Saturday (Half Day), Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Bahan Township, Yangon.
