Job Descriptions
- Design and execute quantitative and qualitative research (surveys, focus groups, interviews, ethnography).
- Analyze customer purchase behaviors, preferences, and attitudes across product categories and retail environments.
- Define research objectives, methodology, and sampling.
- Track customer satisfaction (NPS, CSAT, CES) and post-purchase behavior.
- Identify drivers of customer loyalty and churn.
- Manage research vendors and ensure data quality and timelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or a related field.
- Minimum (4) years of relevant experience and 3 years of experience in consumer insights, market research, or analytics consumer-focused industries.
- Strong skills in analytics tools (SQL, Python/R, Tableau/Power BI) and CRM/POS data
- Experience with surveys, focus groups, interviews, and vendor management
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 1,500,000 ~ 2,000,000 + Other Allowances
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM ~ 5:30 PM)
- Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Kamayut Township, Yangon.
