Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales and consulting team to achieve company KPIs and sales targets.
- Drive business growth by developing effective sales strategies and expanding market presence.
- Coach, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team to deliver excellent client service.
- Oversee daily operations while ensuring compliance with company policies, SOPs, and service quality standards.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Finance teams to improve business performance and lead generation.
- Provide professional immigration consultancy, monitor sales performance, and ensure timely follow-up on client leads.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of management experience, preferably in sales or immigration consulting.
- Proven leadership skills with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills in Chinese & Burmese add on.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills.
Other Information
- Salary: Up to MMK 2,500,000 + incentive + Allowance
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM)
- Off Days: Saturday Half Day, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Mandalay.
