Construction Project Manager (For a Well-Established Property Company)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the overall master program for all components (villas, shops, roads, condo).
  • Review and guide design development to meet luxury branding, operational functionality, and cost goals.
  • Coordinate with authorities (e.g., city development committees, urban planning) to secure permits and approvals.
  • Monitor compliance with zoning laws, environmental and safety regulations, and building codes.
  • Lead tender evaluations, contract negotiations, and final award recommendations.
  • Oversee infrastructure works, including boulevard road, drainage, utilities, and public realm.
  • Monitor contractor and consultant performance against schedule, quality, cost, and safety KPIs.
  • Monitor and approve construction methodologies and quality control plans.
  • Plan and lead handover strategy including T&C, defect list close-out, and DLP procedures.
  • Coordinate across internal teams: Development, Design, BD, Finance, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Track project budget, forecast cash flow, and cost-to-complete status.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 20+ years’ experience in managing large-scale, luxury mixed-use developments (urban or resort).
  • Experience in infrastructure, low-rise luxury residential, commercial, and high-rise construction.
  • Strong technical understanding of building systems (structural, MEP, façade, ID, LEED/Green Building).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, team coordination, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Project Management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, BIM coordination tools).
  • Strong reporting and documentation skills for executive-level presentations.

  • Salary: Attractive Salary Package + Ferry Provided
  • Working Day: Monday to Saturday (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM)
  • Off Days: Sunday & Public Holidays
  • Working Location: Mayangone Township, Yangon.
