Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the Master Project Schedule covering design, authority approvals, procurement, construction, and handover.
- Coordinate design deliverables and ensure alignment with construction sequencing and milestone dates.
- Prepare detailed baseline program and integrate methodology, logistics, and phasing plans.
- Monitor design and construction progress, update schedules, and perform critical path and variance analysis.
- Identify schedule risks and propose mitigation or recovery strategies.
- Support delay analysis, EoT claims, and scenario planning as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Construction Manager/project planning manager, including experience in mixed-use developments (residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, podiums, parking, public realm).
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 (mandatory); MS Project and 4D planning experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of design workflows, authority approvals, procurement interfaces, and construction methodologies.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 3,000,000 + Ferry Provided
- Working Day: Monday to Saturday (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM)
- Off Days: Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Yankin Township, Yangon.
