Job Descriptions
- Ensure the payment documents are processed correctly, submit the payment applications in the system, coordinate with HQ on application status and ensure timely payment processing.
- Check & submit monthly commercial reports and business partners’ inventory, prepare weekly business results reports.
- Calculate performance hit rates and rebates eligibility based on business partners targets.
- Track and control office purchases and expenses, prepare invoices and maintain accurate records on excel.
- Prepare and submit monthly office expenses reports with clear breakdowns for management to review.
- Monitor expense compliance with company policies and support budget control, reimbursements and audits as required.
- Generate weekly and monthly attendance reports for HR and management review.
- Ensure attendance data accuracy and follow up with employees or managers on missing, incorrect, or irregular records.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or other related majors.
- Minimum 2-3 year experience in Sales administration
- Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams and external parties.
- Ability to work independently, under pressure, and simultaneously manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent numerical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly in Excel) and business reporting tools.
- An intermediate command of English.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 3,200,000 ~ 3,700,000
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Lanmadaw Township, Yangon.
