Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit weekly progress reports for both project sites
- Review Interim Payment Applications (IPA) from subcontractors and prepare Interim Payment Certificates
- Conduct price comparisons between suppliers
- Prepare Material Purchase Requests (MPR) and Local Purchase Orders (LPO)
- Liaise with the main contractor, employer, and all stakeholders
- Follow up on technical documentation, import licenses, and material inspections
- Support Employer requests (e.g., progress photos, custom reporting formats)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 7 years of experience in civil work, particularly on overseas substation construction projects
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
- Preferred knowledge of Myanmar Civil / BLDG practices
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 2,500,000 ~ 3,000,000 + OT Allowance
- Working Days: Monday to Friday, Saturday Half Day (8:00 AM to 6:00 PM)
- Off Days: Saturday Half Day, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Nay Pyi Taw.
