Responsibilities:
- Lead the Group’s overall financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, treasury, and tax management to support sustainable business growth.
- Monitor financial performance, cash flow, profitability, and business risks while preparing strategic financial reports and recommendations for the Board of Directors.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, local accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements across all companies within the Group.
- Oversee corporate finance activities, including capital planning, bank financing, debt management, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and global tax optimization.
- Develop and strengthen internal controls, financial policies, SOPs, and audit procedures while improving manufacturing costing and cost control systems.
- Lead and develop the Accounting and Finance teams while implementing ERP systems, Power BI, and financial analytics tools to improve reporting accuracy and business decision-making.
Requirements
- MBA or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required, while CPA certification is strongly preferred.
- Minimum 12 years of relevant finance experience, including at least 8 years in senior leadership and team management positions.
- Extensive experience in manufacturing, trading, or distribution industries is required, with preference for candidates from the Pharmaceuticals or FMCG sectors.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, taxation, financial reporting, corporate regulations, internal controls, and manufacturing cost management is essential.
- Proven experience in international bank financing, debt negotiations, M&A activities, and managing financial operations across multiple companies within a Group structure.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems, Power BI, accounting software, and Microsoft Office, with excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and presentation skills; fluency in written and spoken English and Myanmar is required.

- Salary: Attractive & Negotiable Package + Ferry Provided
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 5:20 PM)
- Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Yangon, Myanmar.
