Responsibilities
- Manage the plant’s financial performance, budget, costs, revenue, and profitability.
- Oversee oral solid, injectable, and liquid production to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Ensure compliance with WHO-GMP, local FDA regulations, and international quality standards.
- Manage procurement, raw materials, inventory, and supply chain operations to control costs and maintain production.
- Lead export development, government tenders, and strategic partnerships to expand market opportunities.
- Lead management teams, improve employee performance, and promote accountability and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Engineering, Microbiology, Medical Technology, or Medicine. An MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is preferred.
- At least 15 years of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience, including 10 years in senior leadership roles.
- Proven experience managing large-scale pharmaceutical production, including oral solid, sterile injectable, and liquid dosage lines.
- Strong knowledge of P&L management, budgeting, financial planning, cost control, and profitability improvement.
- In-depth knowledge of WHO-GMP, FDA regulations, quality management systems, and WHO Prequalification (WHO PQ).
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills, with strong English communication and team management abilities.

- Salary: Attractive & Negotiable Package + Ferry Provided
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (8:00AM- 5:20)
- Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Yangon.
