Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of construction projects, from initial site survey and design to final commissioning.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for all civil works.
- Make sure every site follows strict safety and quality rules that meet international standards for gas stations.
- Supervise outside contractors and vendors to make sure their work is done correctly and follows the contract.
- Give regular updates and technical reports to the top management & Head of Division.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (BE/Civil); Master’s degree is an advantage.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in civil engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Preferred experience in oil & gas, fuel stations, infrastructure, or industrial construction projects
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills
- Strong communication and reporting skills
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 3,000,000 ~ 5,000,000 (Ferry Provided)
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM ~ 4:30 PM)
- Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Dagon Township, Yangon.
