Responsibilities
- Develop the Annual Business Plan and Budget
- Monitor and control Revenue, Gross Margin, and Net Profit targets
- Conduct Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) to assess performance and strategic alignment
- Optimize distribution coverage and route planning for maximum market reach
- Analyze trade promotion effectiveness and return on investment
- Monitor channel performance (General Trade, Modern Trade, Wholesale) using defined KPIs
- Review, approve, and enhance sales incentive structures
- Coordinate with distribution teams to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Manage inventory turnover and control stock aging
- Improve service levels, including OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance
- Monitor business cash flow to ensure financial stability
- Conduct team performance reviews and provide coaching for capability development
- Strengthen risk management practices and internal controls
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in the FMCG industry and at least 3–5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of BI tools is required
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 2,500,000 ~ 3,000,000 + Ferry Provided
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
- Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: North Dagon Township, Yangon.
