Business Intelligence Manager (For a Local Group of Companies)

Main Responsibilities

Collect, analyze, and interpret raw data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Develop and generate reports, dashboards, and metrics to support business objectives via mainly Power BI reports/ dashboards.
Create data models to support visualizations and ad-hoc analysis.
Work closely with IT team to improve data flow and reporting capabilities.
Present findings and insights to senior management, ensuring clear and actionable communication.
Interpret results of analysis to Sales professionals in an efficient and effective way.
Troubleshoot data-related issues and maintain the Power BI infrastructure.
Lead and guide the requirements from data side for new system implementations.
Study customer journey, cohort analysis, retention, and customer lifetime value (CLV).

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis related to BI or GA or CRM tools.
Proven experience in developing Power BI reports and dashboards.
Experience with ETL processes and tools.
Proficiency in data modeling and DAX.
Excellent communication skills by both English and Myanmar.
Strong knowledge of the database systems.
