Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business, investment, joint venture, and strategic partnership opportunities aligned with company objectives.
- Conduct market, competitor, value-chain, and strategic assessments to evaluate commercial potential and investment opportunities.
- Develop business cases, feasibility studies, financial models, and investment proposals covering CAPEX, OPEX, EBITDA, IRR, NPV, and payback.
- Coordinate commercial, technical, financial, legal, and regulatory due diligence, including required approvals and stakeholder engagement.
- Evaluate strategic partners, EPC contractors, and technology providers, while supporting negotiations on MOUs, LOIs, commercial terms, and JV structures.
- Prepare Investment Committee papers and management presentations, track project milestones and risks, and coordinate approved projects through execution handover.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or CFA qualification is an advantage.
- 7-10 years experience in business development, strategy, investment or project development.
- Strong commercial, financial modelling, analytical and presentation capabilities.
- Myanmar regulatory/government stakeholder experience preferred.
- Relevant industry experience in Agriculture, Logistics, Mining, Healthcare, Real Estate, or Power is preferred.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 4,500,000 ~ 5,000,000 + Ferry Provided
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM)
- Off Days: Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Thanlyin Township, Yangon.
