Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in lubricant industrial product business development, with proven leadership capability
- Strong understanding of the lubricant industrial customer segments
- Proven ability to develop, implement, and execute strategic lubricant business plans to drive market expansion, sales growth, and profitability
- Experience in building and managing distributor networks and key accounts nationwide
- Strong capability in market analysis, competitor analysis, and identifying new business opportunities
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and relationship management skills
- Ability to set develop strategies, and lead teams to achieve business objectives
- Good English communication skills (written & spoken)
- Willingness to travel nationwide for business development and market expansion
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 4,000,000 ~ 6,000,000 (Ferry Provided)
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Yankin Township, Yangon.
