Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing, preferably in Products, or Real Estate sector.
- Good knowledge of real estate market, property sales strategies, and project development processes.
- Strong network with distributors, dealers, contractors, agents, and key stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Leadership ability with experience managing and motivating sales teams.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good command of English (both written and spoken).
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 3,000,000 ~ 5,000,000 (Ferry Provided)
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Yankin Township, Yangon.
