Key Responsibilities
- Support positioning, target consumer definition, and brand story development in line with company vision.
- Conduct basic competitor and market research to provide insights for brand strategy and new product ideas.
- Coordinate 360° marketing campaigns (digital, social media, in-store, events, PR) according to brand plans.
- Monitor campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time, quality execution.
- Work with the digital team to plan and track online ads, influencer/KOL collaborations, and content performance.
- Coordinate POS materials, shelf displays, testers, and promotion activities in modern trade, retail shops, and beauty stores.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure brand visibility and correct execution at outlets.
- Help organize product launch events, internal training, and marketing meetings.
- Collect consumer feedback and market response for continuous brand improvement.
- Track and report key brand KPIs (awareness, engagement, sales uplift during campaigns, etc.).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, brand management, FMCG or beauty/personal care industry
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Good command of English and Myanmar (written and spoken).
- Basic skills in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with Canva or design tools is an advantage.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 1,000,000 + Other Allowances
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (9AM ~ 5:30 PM)
- Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Bahan Township, Yangon.
