Asst. Talent Acquisition Manager (For a Well-Established Manufacturing Company)

Job Descriptions

  • Identify and develop effective recruitment channels and assess acquisition costs.
  • Post job vacancies through appropriate internal and external platforms to reach target candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create and update job descriptions.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements, company culture, and salary guidelines.
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
  • Participate in interviews and ensure recruitment standards are followed.
  • Announce new hires through internal company communications.
  • Conduct onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
  • Ensure new staff understand company policies, guidelines, and systems.
  • Collect and securely maintain employees’ personal records.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment systems, and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Other Information

  • Salary: MMK 1,500,000 (Ferry Provided)
  • Benefits: Ph Bill Allowance, Quarterly & Yearly Bonus, Training, Uniform, Yearly Increment
  • Working Day: Monday to Friday, Saturday (Alternative) (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
  • Off Days: Saturday (Alternative), Sunday & Public Holidays
  • Working Location: Kamayut Township, Yangon.
