Job Descriptions
- Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video teams, and content creators to produce engaging marketing materials.
- Support the planning and execution of seasonal promotions, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms and marketing materials.
- Assist in managing the company website and e-commerce platforms including product updates and promotions.
- Support SEO and SEM initiatives to improve online visibility and website traffic.
- Monitor social media engagement and customer interactions to enhance brand reputation.
- Supervise and guide Digital Marketing Executives and related team members when required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing, paid advertising, and digital campaign management.
- Experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Familiarity with website CMS platforms (WordPress or similar) and basic SEO practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and campaign performance.
- Experience in retail, fashion, or jewellery industry is an advantage.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 1,500,000 ~ 2,000,000 + Allowances (Attendance & OT)
- Working Days: Tuesday to Saturday (9:00 AM ~ 6:00 PM)
- Off Days: Monday
- Working Location: Pabedan Township, Yangon.
