Responsibilities

• Coordinate construction activities with tenants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Review technical drawings and submissions for project compliance.
• Monitor site activities to ensure work follows approved plans.
• Prepare and update 2D AutoCAD infrastructure drawings.
• Maintain inventory records of materials, tools, and equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in B.E. (Civil).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in civil engineering and construction.
• Proficient in 2D AutoCAD and basic MS Office.
• Pre-intermediate English proficiency in all four skills.

Other Information

• Salary: MMK 1,200,000 ~ 1,500,000 + Lunch & Ferry Provided
• Working days: Monday to Friday (9:00AM ~ 5:00PM)
• Off days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
• Working Location: Thilawa, Yangon.
