Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design from concept to project completion.
• Ensure design quality, technical accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Drive value engineering and cost-effective design solutions.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop the architectural team.
• Support departmental planning, workflow, and resource management.
• Manage multiple projects, timelines, and client communications.
• Provide technical guidance during construction and resolve site-related issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong knowledge of Myanmar building codes and construction standards.
• Fluent in Burmese and English.

Other Information

• Salary: MMK 4,000,000 ~ 5,000,000 + Ferry Provided
• Working Day: Monday to Saturday (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM)
• Off Days: Sunday & Public Holidays
• Working Location: Yankin Township, Yangon.
