Assistant Supply Chain Manager (For an International Company)

Key Responsibilities

  • Supply Chain, Warehouse & Inventory planning and management (In-house & 3PL).
  • Monthly stock-taking & accurate inventory control.
  • Lead import/export, logistics operations & route optimization.
  • Demand & Supply Planning with Sales Team + monthly S&OP leadership.
  • Lead ERP / Group Supply Chain projects.
  • Manage SMOI and coordinate with Finance & Sales.
  • Team leadership, performance management, and culture development.
  • Prepare OPEX & CAPEX budgets and ensure project quality & timelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor in Supply Chain / Procurement (or related).
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience and at least 3 years of experience in Supply Chain or Industrial Facilities Management.
  • Strong skills in logistics, warehousing, inventory & project management.
  • Good analytical, organizational & strategic thinking skills.
  • ERP / BI tools knowledge is a plus.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace.
  • Fluent in English & Burmese.

Other Information

  • Salary: Up to MMK 2,800,000 + Allowances & Ferry Provided
  • Working Day: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM)
  • Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
  • Working Location: Downtown, Yangon.
