Responsibilities
- Perform design analysis and calculations to ensure project designs meet technical and structural requirements.
- Review design drawings, materials, and construction methods to ensure safety, cost efficiency, and buildability.
- Prepare, develop, and review detailed design drawings, framing plans, and structural details.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, MEP engineers, site teams, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure construction work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Resolve technical and site-related issues while maintaining project documentation, design reports, calculation sheets, and as-built drawings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant working experience in Interior Design Projects.
- Strong knowledge of interior design, structural design, and construction methodologies.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering and design software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary project teams.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 1,500,000 ~ 1,800,000
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
- Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Botahtaung Township, Yangon.
