Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and plans, focusing on brand, trade, and consumer activation.
- Proactively audit and challenge existing marketing and cross-functional (sales/commercial) processes.
- Collaborate closely and smoothly with the sales/commercial team to align marketing activities with sales targets and field realities.
- Lead end-to-end execution of campaigns and projects with a hands-on mentality while ensuring high efficiency and effectiveness.
- Champion a data-driven culture: seek truth from data using modern IT, AI, and analytical tools to identify problems, validate hypotheses, and solve root causes.
- Translate complex data insights and scientific findings into compelling, artful business stories and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Mentor junior marketing team members and foster a passion for results-oriented, high-performance work.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in FMCG or fast-moving consumer goods/trade marketing.
- Strong analytical mindset with belief in data & technology (IT/AI tools) to solve real business problems.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Thai language ability is highly advantageous.
- Willing to be trained and closely supervised by Marketing Manager (Thailand) to align with company business philosophy and standards.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 1,500,000 ~ 1,800,000
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM to 5:30 PM)
- Off Days: Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Bahan Township, Yangon.
