Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Monitor individual store performance and implement data-driven promotional activities to increase foot traffic and basket size.
- Manage B2B relationships with corporate clients and wholesale partners to diversify income streams.
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify high-potential locations for new retail outlets.
- Analyze competitor pricing, product assortment, and service standards to maintain a competitive edge.
- Lead, mentor, and provide functional training to the retail sales staff to improve conversion rates and customer service quality.
- Analyze customer feedback and purchasing trends to optimize inventory levels and product mix.
- Work closely with the cross department teams to ensure brand consistency across all pharmacy branches.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Other Pharma Background equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Retail Operations, preferably within the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry.
- Ability to analyze complex market data and translate it into actionable business plans.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a track record of negotiating favorable terms with vendors and corporate partners.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive performance in a high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially advanced Excel and PowerPoint) and experience with POS/CRM systems.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 1,200,000 + Incentive
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM)
- Off Days: Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Kamayut Township, Yangon.
