Job Responsibilities
- Support Manager in preparing HR SOPs, forms, dashboards, HRIS updates, and reports/KPIs.
- Lead recruitment: job postings, CV collection/screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and junior-level supervision.
- Conduct new starter induction, orientation, and HR practice training.
- Maintain employee files (physical & cloud) and ensure onboarding materials are ready.
- Handle leave requests, petty cash, HR-related expenses, and departmental appraisals (monthly/annual).
- Monitor HR software; report errors to developers.
- Coordinate with departments on fraud cases and follow up actions; maintain relations with government officers when required.
- Oversee HR letters (probation, promotion, resignation, termination, warnings, recommendations).
- Facilitate employee care programs and employee engagement activities.
- Visit branches to implement HR activities, standard systems, and fraud awareness.
Job Requirements
- Any bachelor’s degree & HRM, HRD, BMA and Business Diploma is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Assistant Manager or similar role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, internet and email.
- Must have knowledge in Government labor laws.
- Good leadership and problem-solving skills
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 1,000,000
- Working Days: 6 days per week (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
- Off Days: Sunday (or) Monday (Alternate) & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Yankin Township, Yangon.
