Assistant HR Manager_Recruitment (For a Well-Established Group of Companies)

Job Responsibilities

  • Support Manager in preparing HR SOPs, forms, dashboards, HRIS updates, and reports/KPIs.
  • Lead recruitment: job postings, CV collection/screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and junior-level supervision.
  • Conduct new starter induction, orientation, and HR practice training.
  • Maintain employee files (physical & cloud) and ensure onboarding materials are ready.
  • Handle leave requests, petty cash, HR-related expenses, and departmental appraisals (monthly/annual).
  • Monitor HR software; report errors to developers.
  • Coordinate with departments on fraud cases and follow up actions; maintain relations with government officers when required.
  • Oversee HR letters (probation, promotion, resignation, termination, warnings, recommendations).
  • Facilitate employee care programs and employee engagement activities.
  • Visit branches to implement HR activities, standard systems, and fraud awareness.

Job Requirements

  • Any bachelor’s degree & HRM, HRD, BMA and Business Diploma is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Assistant Manager or similar role is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, internet and email.
  • Must have knowledge in Government labor laws.
  • Good leadership and problem-solving skills

Other Information

  • Salary: MMK 1,000,000
  • Working Days: 6 days per week (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
  • Off Days: Sunday (or) Monday (Alternate) & Public Holidays
  • Working Location: Yankin Township, Yangon.
