Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily HR operations: meetings, attendance, manpower list, HR system approvals, and team supervision/training.
- Handle staff loans, HR letters/announcements, employee complaints, exit interviews, branch visits, and HR system coordination.
- Process monthly payroll (all branches), incentives, tax calculation, and issue Wa Nga (15) for resigned staff.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports (manpower, service year, age, leave, late, action, salary, contract savings, fines).
- Review/update HR forms, SOPs, and policies.
- Support fraud investigations, external audits, employee welfare activities, and ad-hoc management tasks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll management.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems, tax regulations, and labor laws.
- Ability to prepare HR/payroll reports and analyze data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and payroll software.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 1,000,000
- Working Days: 6 days per week (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
- Off Days: Sunday (or) Monday (Alternate) & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Yankin Township, Yangon.
