Requirements
- Any Bachelor’s Degree; a Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources Management is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a large organization with multi-branch operations.
- Must have experience managing and coordinating HR operations across 80 branches.
- Proven experience handling and supporting a workforce of approximately 1,000 employees.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR policies, and labor regulations.
- Fluent English communication skills with strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 3,000,000 ~ 4,000,000
- Working Day: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
- Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Tamwe Township, Yangon.
