Assistant Brand Manager (For a Foreign Manufacturing Company)

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring all expenditures align with the defined financial goals and P&L targets.
  • Organize and support internal meetings, including preparing presentations, and tracking action items.
  • Identify and explain the market trends and consumer requirements clearly to the brand manager.
  • Coordinate and work with external supplier in a professional manner.
  • Assist Brand Manager to achieve marketing KPI & Brand plan .
  • Develop and manage planning proposals for advertisement and promotional activities.
  • Actively manage the brand’s Profit & Loss (P&L) statement below the Gross Margin line, focusing on controlling marketing.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure brand strategies.
  • Ensure all marketing communications and product initiatives consistently reinforce the brand’s established positioning and unique selling proposition (USP).
  • Conduct deep-dive competitive analysis (pricing, product offerings, distribution, and messaging) to inform strategic moves.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in branding/marketing.
  • Strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • English skill must have intermediate.

Other Information

  • Salary: MMK 1,700,000 (Ferry Provided)
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
  • Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
  • Working Location: Yankin Township, Yangon.
