Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring all expenditures align with the defined financial goals and P&L targets.
- Organize and support internal meetings, including preparing presentations, and tracking action items.
- Identify and explain the market trends and consumer requirements clearly to the brand manager.
- Coordinate and work with external supplier in a professional manner.
- Assist Brand Manager to achieve marketing KPI & Brand plan .
- Develop and manage planning proposals for advertisement and promotional activities.
- Actively manage the brand’s Profit & Loss (P&L) statement below the Gross Margin line, focusing on controlling marketing.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure brand strategies.
- Ensure all marketing communications and product initiatives consistently reinforce the brand’s established positioning and unique selling proposition (USP).
- Conduct deep-dive competitive analysis (pricing, product offerings, distribution, and messaging) to inform strategic moves.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in branding/marketing.
- Strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
- English skill must have intermediate.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 1,700,000 (Ferry Provided)
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
- Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Yankin Township, Yangon.
