Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day office management, facilities, assets, and administrative staff at the NPT office.
- Implement policies, procedures, and instructions from the YGN Admin Manager.
- Prepare and submit regular administrative reports to the YGN Admin Manager.
- Monitor tender announcements, prepare tender documentation, and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely submission.
- Liaise with government offices and external stakeholders for administrative and tender-related matters.
- Maintain company licenses, registrations, and compliance documentation.
- Arrange logistics, transportation, and travel as required for operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in administration and office management.
- Experience handling tender processes is required.
- Must possess a valid driving license.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 1,300,000
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Half Day)
- Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Off Days: Saturday (Half Day), Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Nay Pyi Taw.
