Assistant Admin Manager (For a Well-Established Agribusiness Company)

Responsibilities

  • Maintain filing systems and administrative records.
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement.
  • Coordinate IT, maintenance, and office equipment support.
  • Handle correspondence with external parties and government offices.
  • Prepare administrative, vehicle, and maintenance reports.
  • Support contract management and asset documentation.
  • Assist in implementing administrative policies and improvements.
  • Inspect office facilities, security, and operational conditions.
  • Monitor transportation and administrative support services.
  • Ensure confidentiality of company documents and information.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in administration or office management.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email).

Other Information

  • Salary: MMK 1,000,000 ~ 1,200,000 + Yearly Bonus + Ferry Provided
  • Working Day: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 5:30 PM)
  • Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
  • Working Location: Hlaing Thar Yar Township, Yangon.
