Responsibilities
- Maintain filing systems and administrative records.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement.
- Coordinate IT, maintenance, and office equipment support.
- Handle correspondence with external parties and government offices.
- Prepare administrative, vehicle, and maintenance reports.
- Support contract management and asset documentation.
- Assist in implementing administrative policies and improvements.
- Inspect office facilities, security, and operational conditions.
- Monitor transportation and administrative support services.
- Ensure confidentiality of company documents and information.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in administration or office management.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
- Good problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email).
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 1,000,000 ~ 1,200,000 + Yearly Bonus + Ferry Provided
- Working Day: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 5:30 PM)
- Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Hlaing Thar Yar Township, Yangon.
