Key Responsibilities
- Deliver monthly/quarterly sales targets by SKU and territory; manage forecasting and demand.
- Plan routes/coverage; conduct regular joint field visits and coaching (A.CALL, STAR, etc.}.
- Strengthen relationships with KOLs/HCPs, hospitals, and pharmacies; expand coverage & visibility.
- Ensure high quality detailing. CMEs/clinic activities, and promotional execution.
- Analyze Sales and activities data to identify gaps; drive action plans and track KPls.
- Recruit, train, and appraise team members; build capability and succession.
- Coordinate with Marketing/HR/Supply/Finance for launches, stocks, credit, and trade programs.
- Report market intelligence (competitor moves, pricing, tenders) with timely counter-actions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Science, B. Pharm/BSN is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience pharmaceutical product promotion with 1-2 years in team leadership {Area Sales Manager/Team Leader)
- Strong coaching. negotiation, communication, analytical and leadership skills
- Proficiency in ERP, digital sales and reporting tools ,-
- Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 1,000,000 + Other Allowances
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternate)
- Working Time: 9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM
- Off Days: Saturday (Alternate), Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Sanchaung Township, Yangon.
